37. Vickers, V 6750

Although Vickers had produced tens of thousands of Vickers MGs during the First World War for the War Office, many of these were aging or had been sold as surplus during the inter-war years. As such, it was necessary to order some new guns at the outbreak of the Second World War and gun V 6750 is one of those guns made at Crayford in around 1943.
