Precautions to be taken by Canadian Army Personnel in the event of Capture, 1943

A small pamphlet containing details for officers and other ranks on what information they can share and how they should conduct themselves if they are captured and become prisoners of war.

Description

A really interesting pamphlet on what to do and what not to do when you’re captured. It’s specific to Canadian Army personnel but likely to be the same principles for British and US troops as well.

1943 would see Canadian troops invade Sicily as part of Operation HUSKY.
